What we collect
The contact form asks for your name and email address. You can also provide an organisation name.
Why we use it
We use this information to read, assess and respond to your contact request. We do not add form submissions to a marketing list or sell the information.
How it is handled
The website validates the submission before passing it to Pace Projects’ Google Workspace account. Google Workspace processes the email on our behalf. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites.
How long we keep it
We keep a submission only while it is needed to respond and manage a potential working relationship. We may retain relevant records for longer where a legal or contractual obligation requires it.
Your choices
You can ask Pace Projects to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any record we are required to retain. Start a conversation through the website, then reply to our response with your request.
